Winter holiday in Kleinarl, Ski amadé
Kleinarl is located within the Ski amadé region region and is the birthplace of Annemarie Moser-Pröll, who held the World Cup title several times in alpine ski racing and is also an Olympic gold medallist. The variety-packed leisure programme in Kleinarl offers more than just activities for passionate skiers. Away from the slopes there's no time for boredom with ski touring, snowshoe hikes or fun-filled tobogganing parties with friends.
A great number of ski regions and lifts are linked together and open up a ski paradise that rises to an altitude of 2000 metres. With a lift pass from Ski amadé Austria's largest ski alliance – you can access 760 km of excellently groomed slopes for unlimited skiing pleasure. Ski schools, a kids' park, a snowboard adventure run and a speed ski run give you plenty of opportunity to take advantage of all that the slopes have to offer.
Enjoy being close to nature during a snowshoe hike. Tramp across white fields of snow and romantic forest clearings. Ski tours on the mountains of the Salzburg alps and the subsequent downhill run also offer a very unique experience. For all those new to snowshoe hiking, we recommend a guided tour with a guide who can advise you on safety and technique.
