When can I arrive and when must I depart?

Your room, studio, or apartment will be available to you on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the accommodation by no later than 10:00 AM.

How is the payment for my booking processed?

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival via bank transfer. Cash or card payments on site are only possible by prior arrangement.

Is there an elevator in the building?

Yes, our elevator connects all floors from the basement to the 2nd floor.

No, smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies, the terrace, and at the designated smoking area.

Yes, please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are very welcome. A prior registration is required. The fee is € 16.00 per night without food. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, you can find the access data for the Wi-Fi in your room as well as at the reception.

Is there a children's playground nearby?

Yes, a public children's playground is located near the sports field in Kleinarl.

Our wellness area includes an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin. The current opening hours can be found on site.

Yes, children are only allowed to use the swimming pool and wellness area when accompanied by a supervising adult.

When is the indoor pool open?

The indoor pool is open daily from 06:00 to 19:30.

How does the room key work?

Your room key simultaneously opens the front door. After 7:00 PM, we ask you to lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.

Is there a ski cellar?

Yes, there is a ski cellar with ski boot heating available for your ski equipment. Skis and ski boots are not allowed in the rooms.

Can I have breakfast on the terrace?

Yes, during the summer months, you can enjoy your breakfast on our sunny terrace.
